Pregnancy and Postpartum

If you are a new or expectant mom struggling with fear, rage, sadness, panic, worry, or feeling completely overwhelmed, I can help you restore balance and improve the quality of your life.  So much can come up around pregnancy and after birth. We will work together to help you feel better so that you can be the best possible version of yourself.

Parent Support

Being a parent isn't always a walk in the park. Many days are full of challenges, emotional roller coasters, and loss of patience.  As parents we sometimes need to vent, work through problems, and let go of self-doubt and judgment.  I too have screamed my brains out and then felt completely guilty about my behavior.  I work with parents looking to reclaim their life, and find their passion, purpose, and sanity even in the midst of chaos.  


I work with moms and dads to:

  • Let go of the notion of being the "perfect" parent

  • Navigate parenting styles and develop their own

  • Be more present with their children 

  • Increase patience and yell less

  • Find balance with home and work life

  • Process and resolve childhood trauma
    as it relates to their parenting

  • Find time to take care of themselves

Group Psychotherapy

Alone we are strong but together we are unstoppable.  Group psychotherapy provides clients an opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge and support from others struggling with similar issues. Daytime and evening groups available. 


I host and facilitate various types of support groups related to:

  • Parent burn out

  • Intuitive Eating

  • Working moms 

  • Mindful parenting 

  • Body positivity 

Workshops and Speaking Engagements
